RETURN POLICY (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
You can return the items you purchased without any justification within 14 working days from the date you have received them.
The company does not cover shipping costs for returned items. These costs are paid entirely by senders/customers.
In case returns involve faulty or incorrect items, shipping costs are free of charge.
Return Procedure
1. Place any items in a larger box to avoid damage during transport.
2. The package must include any documents that serve as proof of the transaction (e.g. Invoice-Consignment Note, Consignment Note, Purchase Receipt, etc.).
3. In case of returns due to malfunction, describe exactly the issue at hand.
4. Send the parcel with the same courier service or transport agency which delivered your order, at the company’s address: Kudonias 18
We would like to point out that in case returned items do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
If products are returned according to the above conditions, your refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the items and will be transferred to your bank account. The refunded amount includes the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase, the consumer is charged exclusively with the return costs.
PAYMENT METHODS
1.Cash on delivery
You can pay the carrier in cash upon delivery. There is an extra charge for cash on delivery at €3,50.
This method is only available for destinations within Greece.
In case shipping costs are higher than those shown on the order form (due to excess weight, volume, or locations that are difficult to reach), we will contact you to inform you about the exact cost of your order.

You can pay for your order by credit/debit card. ALPHA BANK undertakes the process of clearing your payment.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
1. Shipments for orders over €20 are free of charge
After your order is placed, the items are sent to your address within 1-3 working days, provided they are readily available in our store, with a courier service (ACS).
2. Shipping with a transport agency
Large-volume or weight orders are shipped with a transport agency. In this case, cash on delivery does not apply. You are required to fully pay your order either by credit card or by bank deposit.
3. In-store collection
You can collect your order from our physical store, free of charge.
